Toolmaking
In-house toolmaking with 14 CNC/EDM machines, tools up to 10 t and 1,600 mm, 120 tools annual capacity. Short paths, fast reaction to changes, professional maintenance, tailored ETD packages.

Injection moulding (40–1,000 t)
38 injection moulding machines cover the full clamping-force spectrum. Processing of more than 100 materials (standard, high-temperature, elastomers, additives) — about 388 t per year. Handling and flame treatment included.

Finishing & assembly
We deliver not the part but the finished, tested product. Overmoulding of metal and electronics, ultrasonic welding, dosing, printing, inspection, final assembly and packaging — 100 % traceable.
