Access data / server log files
When you access this website, your browser transmits technically necessary data (including IP address, date and time, page accessed, referrer, browser type), which the host processes briefly in server log files to ensure the delivery and security of the website. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) f GDPR (legitimate interest in secure, stable operation). This data is not merged with other data or evaluated on a personal basis.
Web analytics with Matomo (cookie-less)
We use Matomo (analytics.ayxon.eu) for reach measurement. Matomo runs without cookies and with anonymised IP address (2-byte truncation), respects "Do Not Track" and stores no personally attributable data. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) f GDPR (legitimate interest in a functional website); consent under § 25 TDDDG is not required as no information is stored on or read from your device.
Objection to reach measurement
As Matomo respects the browser "Do Not Track" header, you can object to the measurement by enabling "Do Not Track" in your browser settings; measurement is then omitted automatically. On request we additionally provide an opt-out.
Contact form and part enquiry (RFQ)
If you contact us via the contact form or the part enquiry, we process the data you provide (including name, company, email and optionally a CAD file and project details) solely to handle your enquiry and to initiate a contract. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) b GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 (1) f GDPR. The data is not passed on to third parties without your consent and is deleted once the purpose no longer applies and no statutory retention periods prevent deletion.
Content embeds from AYXON
We embed content (insights, careers, downloads, events) headlessly from our content partner AYXON (ayxon.eu). Communication runs directly between your browser and ayxon.eu; your IP address is transmitted for technical reasons. For data processed there the AYXON privacy policy applies additionally.
Hosting
This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur (Germany). A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority — the competent authority is the Independent Data Protection Centre of Saarland.
